You can buy a game regular channels of a 12-string guitar, but you have to adjust differently. If you do that, which is basically going to adjust in the same way as a guitar 12-string. Lower Sixth are traditionally tuned an octave lower than guitars, and each string is tuned from low to high: EADGBE EADGCF instead of E.
