How stereo guitar amp work?
I'm looking at buying a Spiderman 3 HD150 and then buying a Marshall with MG412A he. The HD150 is 2×150 watts stereo output. What does this amp wise? Will match or just run outputs in a stereo style plug?
Hello! With Spider III HD150 head amp that will have to make sure you connect both left and right outputs to an appropriate charge 8 ohms. The stereo effect is produced by the driving of each set of speakers with an amplifier of a separate section in this case, 75-Watts each side. The front angle Marshall MG412A is rated at 8-Ohms, but not divided to receive two separate stereo signals. To function properly and without damage to the Spider III, the cabinet would have to be modified internally to provide two separate 8 ohm loads.
