Can anyone recommend a good quality guitar for beginners? Electrical and / or acoustic.?
So I'm looking to learn playing guitar. I make sure I get something with good quality and good price. I'm trying not to spend over $ 450-500. What would be a good start electric? Amplifier? I prefer a good electric acoustic, but anyway, can you recommend a good acoustic too? Thank you!
I am a professional musician and own over 20 guitars, both electric and acoustic and answer this question all the time for students and other musicians just begun. If you are a beginner I recommend an acoustic guitar. There are several reasons for this, but mainly because an acoustic guitar is much more versatile and does not need an amplifier for you to play. His family and friends thanks for not making all the noise associated with learning to play in an electrical installation. Besides, as improve you can move up to an electric one. There are several brand guitars out there, but their low end products for beginners are usually too expensive and inexpensive, so not worth it.
