DO dangerous fumes from the burning of a metal plate is void if the stove accidentally left on maybe an hour?
Well, I went home very late one night, and as he had the kettle for a cup of tea and put some water in a small metal pan steel (stainless steel, but not harder .. more like Teflon not only as a soft feeling) to boil up and sat on a chair and fell asleep completely. My roommate returning some time later …. could have been 45 minutes or more, and perhaps found me and there was some smoke and black bread that was normally had burned so badly by white is now gray and blue inside the pan. There was still yellow and black things in the microwave above the stove. She told me that when she woke type I was completely disoriented and acting strangely, and fog. My question is could I be inhaling any hazardous fumes or something?
If there was a teflon or some other non-stick coating in the pan, which can release dangerous chemicals when burned. If you feel any lasting effect you should see your doctor.
